About the Organisation
‘The Advocates League’ is an organization, which is devoted to work in the field of
legal research, its publications, organizing conferences/ seminars on various topics of
contemporary relevance. This organization is an outcome of the collective aspiration
and ideas of its members. With the evolution of society, the law and legal system has
to respond accordingly. Hence, the legal education also has to respond accordingly.
Hence, the legal education also has to evolve and reform itself simultaneously. The
Advocates League will act as a means and platform to cater the change and reform in

The Advocates League is going to organise the webinar, on the topic “Emergence
of ADR as the Ultimate Resort”.
About the Speaker
The Speaker for the webinar will be one of the eminent Personality, Hon'ble Mr. Justice Kurian Joseph, Former Judge, Supreme Court of India. He had served twice as Chief Justice of the High Court of Kerala and appointed as Chief Justice of High Court of Himachal Pradesh from 8th February, 2010 to 7th March, 2013. Elevated as Judge, Supreme Court of India on 8th March, 2013.
