About the Event :

LawBharat organized a 3- day Certificate Course on “CYBER LAW”, taught by Advocate Sushanth Samudrala, Cyber law Expert, Techno Legal Consultant and CEO of Sushanth IT Law Associates. The Course charged a minimum fee of INR 200/- per applicant. The course was open to all students and professionals. The motive of the Certificate Course was to provide knowledge about the different aspects of Cyber Law and Cyber Crimes.

The registration period dated 26th of July, 2020 to 6th August, 2020. There were limited seats available and for the registration, the applicant was required to fill the google form along with the screenshot of the payment made thorugh Google Pay/ Paytm/ PhonePe/ Paytm UPI.

The course syllabus of the workshop is mentioned below :

Ø Day 1 – Cyber Law and Emerging Trends.

Ø Day 2 – IT Act and Cyber Crime.

Ø Day 3 - Cyber Security, Cyber Forensics, Data Protection and Cyber Law


E-Certificates were provided to all the participants after the completion of the Course. There were total of 15 participants registered for the course. The course material of the webinar was circulated via WhatsApp group to all the participants.


Conclusion :

The event was a huge success, and LawBharat received good response from all the participants. All the queries got resolved during the session by Advocate Sushanth Samudrala.
